Author Zora Neale Hurston’s most iconic novel, Their Eyes Were Watching God, is reimagined as a ballet for 21st century audiences in this highly anticipated event. The story follows one woman’s journey of finding her voice and true love while featuring a new score by Quinn Mason and choreography by Kevin Thomas and Amy Hall Garner. This world premiere ballet is joined by the Memphis premiere of Franciso Avina’s Letting Go To Let In and Joshua Manculich’s breathtaking contemporary ballet, A Time For.
