The Cannon Center’s Refund & Exchange Policy

We do have a “no refund or exchange policy”.

If the event has been canceled, we will refund from point of purchase.

Ticketmaster’s Refund & Exchange Policy


Get a full refund on tickets for participating venues and teams if you change your mind within 72 hours of purchase. Call 800-653-8000.


Don't suffer from seat envy. If you see seats you prefer that are the same price or higher for your event, call 800-653-8000 to exchange the ones you have and just pay the difference, if any. Tickets bought at a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet must be exchanged at the same location. One exchange per person, per event.

We can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away, and we can't refund or exchange resale ticket purchases for Fan-to-Fan Resale events.

Some non-participating venues (and artists, teams, etc.) have a "no refunds or exchanges" policy. But if the event is close and you can't make it, we'll do everything we can to help. Contact us!

Refunds for Canceled Events

We'll contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees (except UPS and retail pickup fees, and fees on certain Major League Baseball purchases). Please return tickets bought at a retail location to the same location.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events

We'll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? Refunds are up to the artist, team, venue, or promoter - but we'll do everything we can to help. Contact us!

*Exceptions to the Refund & Exchange Policy

Exceptions include VIP, Platinum, and other premium tickets; resale tickets; tickets purchased with additional items or bundled products; tickets later discounted; and tickets for participating

Lost or Destroyed Tickets

If you lost your Print-at-Home ticket you can print another copy. But if you're worried someone might find and try to use it, please contact Fan Support to get a replacement ticket with a brand-new barcode - that way only you can get in!

If the paper ticket you bought online or by phone is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed please contact Fan Support. We'll just need your order confirmation number or the credit card used for purchase. Note: Ticketmaster tickets turn black in hot spots (direct sunlight, etc.) because we print on heat-sensitive paper - please keep your tickets cool!
